Thomas Hirschhorn (b. 1957, Bern, Switzerland) lives and works in Paris. Thomas Hirschhorn has also been the recipient of many awards including the Prix Meret Oppenheim Prize (2018); Kurt Schwitters Prize (2011); Joseph Beuys Prize (2004); Rolandpreis für Kunst im öffentlichen Raum (2003); and Marcel Duchamp Prize (2000).
